D2D KEY MESSAGE FOR WALES - however the ask is relevant for everybody
Please be aware (and ensure that our frontline delivery colleagues are aware) that there is a Welsh national door-to-door (D2D) campaign planned on behalf of the Welsh Government this month.
The items that we will be delivering are in reference to a change in legislation around the physical punishment of children – and will go out from Monday 21 February 2022.
Like all D2D mail, these important items must be delivered individually and not ‘nested’ or put inside any other D2D items.
Nesting breaches our Standard Operating Procedures.
Customers trust and rely on us to deliver every door-to-door item individually.
As the Universal Service provider, it is crucial that all materials are delivered correctly.
