So on another thread Super Si is complaining the vans are only used for 6 hours a day.
Looks like hes trying to eye up a way to use them round the clock which I guess would mean later delivery times for some of us.
How do feel about this 'team' ???

Of course, with delivery, we do need to think of both customers, that's the posting customer or the retailer, and the receiving customer the doorstep.
With safe place, there are two official ways that safe place can be done. The first one is some posting customers offer it at the time of order. And in this case, it will be on the label. And the second one is for receiving customers can request and in flight safe place. And this will be shown on the PDA I actually did this myself on our new app this morning. And I have to say it was very easy to do so well done to the app team.
But even though we've spent nearly 70 million pounds on new PDAs The truth is our denial of receipt is not coming down fast enough. So there's definitely more work to be done.
Also, when I was out on a walk before Christmas, the OPG and I talked a huge amount about the principle of KYC, which is a banking phrase actually for know your customer.
And I said at the time, sometimes what the customers want, and what you're allowed to do is different.
And I think that puts everyone in a really awkward spot.
