maybe not enough people telling them what a great job there all doing and blowing smoke up there arses ,the silent union :wave , and as for the pay rise according to a thread on here we are all overpaid compared to Asda , ocado etc , but i bet they arent walking 15 - 20 miles a day :crazy:

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
