Hi looking for a wee bit of advice. As the wife earns much more money than me we were looking at splitting maternity.
Do Royal Mail just pay guys statuary paternity if we split it or do I get full wages for a certain time?
Thanks for any help

Re: Split maternity pay
Full pay for 2 weeks and then statutory.
You’ll need to fill in a couple of forms
Enjoy the time off

I agree mate however can’t afford sadly for her to be off any longer. Can do without my wage but no chance of doing without hers.
