Replenishment boxes are they still part of Delivery methods. Looking for something official on it

Pouch boxes.
They are not used per se because of shared vans.
Possibly some HCT duties that need to be replenished could use them.
There is nothing to say from memory that they can't be used. Just as a rule they are not really needed because of said vans.

Do they not have to have contract with local council to use on public ground
If no contract we would be using boxes illegally
Our dom said we have been using pouch boxes illegally for the past 2 years
And if so and some offices still use them where does employees stand re insurance using them

The ones that are already there would have needed planning permission, most councils were really arsey about them and hard work.
Nowadays there is no real need for them so no need to suck up to councils.

Pouch Boxes need planning permission from the Local Authority. It designated them as street furniture.
Royal Mail pays the Local Authority ground rent for their physical location until they are physically removed
