Dunno not heard anything. Would fit in with them wanting to get rid of SA’s though. I thought the business was trying offer more customer services not putting more obstacles in their way.

We just had our "revision" and the late callers office had a couple of duties modified to accommodate it. They've standardised the callers office opening based on the size of an office.

I cant see it changing unless anyone knows any different

Probably no budget for it. These days if the budget isn't there for something it won't happen

The two offices I’ve worked in have duties in the callers office as both are open to 7pm most evenings.

Their hr's seem to be cut everywhere but they are not going...yet.
Simon did say that he wants 100% delivery...

I think we need to have a good think - about how we can get first time delivery to 100% - or put more simply - delivering when customers are in - they paid for a delivery to home, not a collection from a CSP

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Absolutely 100% this, leave it somewhere hidden and safe from the weather and take a picture as proof. Any customers not wanting this (there will be very few) can offer to opt out and we can send all this info to them as a d2d. Literally every other company does this and we should now do the same.

We need to you to authorise a bag or strong container we leave at recipients houses with the parcel in, they leave this bag/strong box outside the front the next day for us to collect and reuse.
