Do we still get 3 months free redirection of mail when we move house? Also do any of you know how to apply for this ?

Unless it's changed (I moved 10 years ago) my manager did it for me on his office PC so presumably a royal mail internal method of setting it up and it was for 12mths.

Yeah my problem i don’t work in the DO where i live.

Doesn't matter, Dom just sends details off to the redirection centre who will print off the card and labels like any other redirection and send it to the DO that delivers your mail

Just told a manager I wanted to use this benefit and they sorted it. After a year I got a letter asking if I wanted to renew it, if so I'd need a manager to sign the form and I did that. Nothing paid, 2 years redirection. (I let it end on the third, I'd fixed my mail by then.)
