Trial review - Put on long term contract
Hi guys, first time posting on here, though been enjoying keeping up to date with matters on the forums. I was employed by Royal Mail in September on a fixed term contract until Feb 2022. Today I had a trial review and have been told I am now 'long term'. Can anyone clarify what this means? Another review after so long? Manager said new contract will be posted out to me. Any help is appreciated.

Re: Trial review - Put on long term contract
It sounds to me you're being given a permanent contract, which is usually the case if you're kept on once you've completed 6 months work w/o any major issues.BarryTorso wrote: ↑27 Jan 2022, 10:29Hi guys, first time posting on here, though been enjoying keeping up to date with matters on the forums.
