OPG1: The slightly frustrating thing is an OPG said they hadn’t had a revision in their office, but Ricky McAulay said they had.

OPG2:Who works@ ######### #### ####: Just checking you know we have only completed around half our revision process, the next stages are due to begin soon but have been told could take 6+ months.

OPG1: I have had this experience with a senior manager telling me my office has had a revision when it hadn’t. I appreciate the need for data driven leadership but if the data the senior team are receiving are wrong then they are worse than useless. People need to be willing to face the discomfort of accurate data, rather than trying to fudge numbers. It would be interesting to know how many offices have genuinely had a TT revision, and how many have simply got a check against their name.

That is the inaccurate data is worse than useless- not the senior team!

Not casting aspersions on you- I don’t know if you contacted the office direct, or if there is a spreadsheet which says a revision has occurred in any given office. My issue isn’t necessarily this particular instance but what seems to be a broad issue within Royal Mail of giving answers people want to hear rather than accurate answers (at least in the various corners of RM I’ve seen).

Not mine , lost an hour and had more work added to every duty , it was done in the name of evening out workloads , that was nonsense.The duties that finish 2 hours before their finish time were given the same amount as the duties that were already working to their time.

We are still seeing people start 1hr before actual starting time finishing early but others struggling to complete!! Weare also finishing later in the day rather than earlier after 1hr taken off...Just doesn't make sense and any disagreements we raise above 1st stage seem to be getting ignored as our Rep is on the ball and Area Manager doesn't want to know I wonder why?

Our revision the walks that are to long are left as they are.they added bits to walks to make them impossible to do on slightly busy days and the easiest walks where the people finish at 12 o’clock were left untouched you couldn’t make it up

We just lost the hr. No other actual change. So everyone is just an hr plus overtime a week, if they want it.

Yep, we just lost the hour as well. We were told by our DOM (with a straight face) that it reflected the reduction of traffic that RM is experiencing so that he didn't expect to see a rise in extended OT claims.!

We just lost the hour from the start of the shifts, less time between the start of the shift and when the first lorry arrives. All sections normally have enough work to keep them going between the start of the sift and when the first lorry arrives during the shift
