Success Factor login failure, need advice

Post by Mike558 »

Been trying to log in to my Success Factors for over a few months without any success.

I've gotten my email setup on the account so i can change the password, but everytime i try to log in i get this message...

Invalid Login.
Please close your browser or re-login.
If you are having trouble logging in, please contact your support administrator and provide this status message: Invalid Login
You may be receiving this message due to the following, but not limited to:

Your account may be locked
Your account may be set as inactive
Your account may not be in the default user group
Your Single Sign On & SuccessFactors Username or Password may not be in sync

I've tried to ring HR and IT, both saying theyre unable to help. I've asked my managers but they have no idea.
I emailed someone higher up, and she could see i logged into my account the other day (when i had tried to see if it was unlocked yet).
Shes saying its not locked and that i logged in, I still cant as all i get is this error message.

I've already missed out on multiple HGV jobs that have been going, so need to get this sorted asap.

Any suggestions?

I also had the exact same issues that you are experiencing.

I also tried the exact same solutions.

But in the end all it took was installing Google Chrome on to the works PC. and all of a sudden all of the links and logons for Success Factors starting working.

Now i hardly use Internet Explorer on the works PC as it is slow and prone to crashing.

Hope this helps.

Probably a long shot that also won't work but what about trying from scratch as though you haven't registered yet so it's

Username : pay number
Password : ni number with 1st 2 letters capitals then numbers followed by last letter lowercase.

Edit...I've just tried it and it didn't work for me although I am able to log in using my saved password, I wonder if they can "reset" your account so you can start from scratch.

I've had the same problem for years. Phoned HR, IT help line. Been told the manger need to reset it. He's never been able to find it. So frustrating.

To help with the issue you are having with logging into SF could you submit a query via the My App and HR Help tile - this way the right team will be able to help you. To do this please follow the instructions below:
1. Go to the My App and HR Help Tile
2. Type Success Factors into the search box to look at the FAQS
3. If you can’t find your answer, press the Ask a Question button
4. Select the My Pay, Leave and Success Factors Access category
5. Finally select the Success Factors Access option and submit your query.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Hi everyone. I've done as Postman suggested and received a reply. This is the step by step guide for the managers.

Is the Royal Mail Success Factor for OPG's or can agency workers access the website too? I tried logging in but it says no authentication
