As new year day has been declared a non service day can your manger tell staff who work on Saturday as we are opening you have to come in if your work hours are 1400-2200

To do what?
It is a non service day - no collections and no deliveries.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.
