Unfair Dismissal
Hi Could you please help me .A friend has been unfairly dismissed from his job not Royal Mail he is a CWU member and feels he has been totally let down by the union .He has now gone to ACAS and will take it to a solicitor if required .I know his story he has done nothing wrong and has been unfairly dismissed could someone please help as i would like to help him.

The union have a rule of better than 50% of winning, so to help him we would need to at least have some of the background. However, if he has gone to ACAS they are usually very good.
What you could do is to look through the Union and News section as we have some stuff from RM tribunals you, or him (he can register and lurk if he wants) can look at to see if anything is applicable to his case. There are usually links to the tribunals themselves as well which go deeper into each case.
