Never come across somebody with so much militant bluster, yet proved to be a turncoat and cosied in amongst the elite. Never trust anyone who earns more than 3-4 times as much as you.

Miles out of touch with the real working situation for most of his members.

Full of bluff and bluster, launching into borderline video rants against even the slightest criticism.

Too happy to slag off union members for being reluctant to change without the slightest clue of how ill thought out the changes are.

Accepting the average holiday pay deal that has so many obvious errors - and then bigging it up even further to make the members think it is a brilliant deal.

Too happy to tow the company line while ignoring what is really going on.

As deluded as the CEO for thinking that workloads are or ever will be fair, even and achievable.

Total silence on too many issues.

Workloads Sir talk a lot Terry were supposed to be evened out with this ,,,historical revisions . Some finishing at 130 with christmas pressure ( thats not even cutting off ) a lot finishing 5,6 ,7 pm. ! My hamster talks more sense and also lives in the real world

Seems to get very excited by the awful deals we get lumbered with, he's so out of touch with how the job is now, it's laughable that he continues in this role.

The ridiculous situation with the average holiday pay deal - he really seems to think we should be happy about it !

The constant drive to 35 hours... why? many of us doing 40+ average just to get the job done.

Just look at some of the agreements ……hourly rate overtime , pension changes for current members , longer walks etc , and we give him £3 a week to be crapped on

yes and dont forget the great average holiday pay agreement , biggest load of s**t ive ever seen .so dont accept this and get your claims in to e/t .

whats the point it will be the same scripted answers he always gives , how hard we have worked pandemic , covid sickness , and we will sort it , etc etc

, pop down to our orrifice on christmas eve and see how much stuff wont be getting delivered

, thats cracking customer service that is , oh and its not down to covid either and its down to vacancies not being filled all year and posties on sick with stress down to these revisions

I forgot to add that having prattled on about the 35 hour week, he now suggests that the way to overcome the backlog is to tell your DOM there is no 70 hour weekly limit!!!

A true working person's hero who thinks one person should do two people's jobs in the same week.
