Has certain people been looked after in these awful revisions ? Brown nosers , moaners etc ? In both our offices exactly thats happened .

If You whinge and whine to the right people in mine You can get Your duty put back to how it was in My office it would seem. :arrrghhh .

Yup, the runners all have easier duties so they can come back early and do ghost OT.

Those that "can't" prep - still can't prep.

Those that "can't" do the IPS - still can't do the IPS.

Those that only "know" 2 duties (despite 20+ years service and being a reserve) are kept on the duties they "know".

Our revision was done by seniority with allowances made for disabilities.
No favouritism.
Who lets this s**t go on in delivery offices?

grey area this,
a few with no obvious disabilities pre covid now wanting special treatment, mental issues will have become a factor which probably aren't shown in general so they may get their own way and also some maybe valid,
but if they will gladly work 2 to 4 hours in a busy tight environment but won't spend 30 mins or so sharing a van? the mind boggles
