Excellent idea but sadly it's handy to have the paper slip as it's easier to wave it at the Dom all too often when he's fukked up my overtime.

I personally don't recommend it. The above post is a great reason, but also having a hard copy helps considerably when you need to check tax for a variety of reasons and apply for credit.

You know if the press sees this...
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

I've done it. Don't need paper ones, waste of resources. Applied and secured a mortgage simply downloading the digital ones

Re: Wage slip I've gone paperless
My worry with going paperless is RM, who let’s face it never seen competent when it comes to technology, might mess something up and accidentally delete some payslips. At least with paper ones I can file them and easy to refer to especially when calculating my holiday pay.
The day is gonna come when we’re all gonna have to testify.
