Should be an interesting week ahead?

Post by Postmangit »

After finishing work on Saturday I had a quick look around the office & nearly every frame was still rammed with Mail & yorks of mail bags none tracked parked along side. I really don’t know how we are gonna cope when new starters are leaving as soon as they start. Me, well I’m just going to plod on doing only what I know I can do in the time allowed between start time & finish time & no more. We are not magicians & you can’t put a square peg in a round hole?

We’ve already had Area Manager complaining our overtime is too high.

Fine, we won’t do any.

Name and shame.

Interesting is one word.
Embarrassing is more apt.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Our Dom just told everyone last week to cut off, as they will not be paying OT. What`s all that about?

Its obvious that O/T is going to be high if you increase frames by 40% after revision and cut staff.
What do they expect for us to do , speed up for the shareholders?? :no no

Overtime. Overtime? What’s that. Haven’t done 1 minute of overtime since our (pathetic) revision came in 8 weeks ish ago. There mess so they can ‘manage’ it.

Are you serious? Really? That must be music to the ears of those who were being bullied into doing extra. One question. If you guys aren't doing it on overtime. WHO IS?
