Where are the parcels?

Where are the Christmas levels of parcels? Everyday is like a really bad Wednesday but nowhere near what I was expecting

We have, it's just been less noticeable as the parcel level has been ridiculous all year. And the last two weeks we have had the extra parcels being taken off rounds. I wouldn't have physically been able to deliver the rounds I've been on with overtime if they hadn't.

Every day in my office has been more than a heavy Wednesday but slightly less than Xmas levels this past 18 months. Parcels are certainly up from (new) normal levels now xmas edges closer, we've already started with parcel relief as several rounds can't cope and will fail otherwise, and that's with excessive overtime and lots of new employees too.

Our office has been mental parcel-wise since the last fortnight. Tracked parcels failing all over the place.

The thing is most of us will always compare this year to last year and so far it's not as busy.

no staff , no parcel drivers so standard parcel yorks for p&l deliverys just sat there as they are only interested in tracked parcels , doing 2 days worth on mail on one delivery and tracked off the other one and if you cant do it bring mail back , and then they just tell you to do the same on the other delivery next day but all the time standard parcels being thrown aside , the company and the cwu are a disgrace to staff and joe public.

Felt a lot busier in September/October as was finishing late every day. Barely had a late finish recently and was even home nearly two hours early today! Sure tomorrow will bring more parcels though
