Been in the job 25 yrs but caught covid end of last year and then had long covid ever since and not been able to work for almost a year now. Doc, scans, bloods etc appointments take so long to get. Suffering with depression as well due to how long this has been going on and not much support from RM (no surprise) as thought id be back to work in no time. Can't do anything with young ones which has impacted on my family life as well.
Ive refused ihr a couple of times as was determined to get back to work but for myself and my family ive now decided to go ahead with ihr. I went half pay in july and then nil pay in september (have been receiving SPPR). Anyone know if i should be offered 34 weeks and the 12 weeks pilon as Ive not been on full pay for a while now? Also how does annual leave work? ie am i entitled to any if ive not been working for that long?

Alot of Dom's whilst a member is on either 6 months full pay or indeed the 6 months half pay will be trying to get you to finish on ill health or back to work,hence why they've probably offered you ill health ` a few times` but when somebody drops down to no pay after using up their full 12 months entitlement they are quite happy to let you starve yourself back into work or to tell them to feck off then it saves on an ill health retirement payment, 
I'm guessing they haven't been in touch much since you went onto SPPR, hence your question on here.
As regards to your holidays, well your entitled to them, so if your dom does summon you in for a chat and finally gets round to offering you ill health retirement you should get 34 weeks plus the 12 weeks PILON as well as the six weeks holiday pay, you will be due with having 25 years service in.
