Holiday back pay when leaving royal mail.

Post by rambo1 »

So if you leave the business at the end of say March, having jumped through the 8hrs min per month (ish) and qualified for 2weeks of holiday pay, if this isn't awarded for 6 weeks like the last one, do you still get it? Or are you best to work until the day it's paid then say see ya?

I would say yes you do.
It's in the agreement somewhere I believe.
But wait until the very last qualifying day before you leave.
