Supposed to have been made upto full time over Christmas but have only been paid my part time contract hours this week
This balls up seems to happen every year. Is this just my office or a wider issue, Who’s to blame? Dom told he had requested the change weeks ago and it had been accepted.

Nobody got offered that round mine, overtime still dealt out the way it was since I started: if I forget to put my name down, I'm on part time hours (whether someone is going to prep my walk or not)
