Reduction in the working week - backdated?

Post by Sarah1970 »

Hi, does anyone know if the reduction in the working week is backdated to April or is it only effective from the date each office implements the reduction?

The second one, the date of implementation. It's been that way for all the pay rises linked to a reduction in hours.

I was sure that the agreement was that if a revision and the sww wasn't sorted by the end of October you were paid backdated to April?
Still waiting for both in our office.
