I posted a letter in Bristol on the 29th October which was indicated as collected from that postbox same day.
The letter has not yet arrived at the Cardiff postcode.
Having read on this site of delays to certain postcode areas, (up to 3 weeks!!) I was wondering if anyone was "in the Know" re CF24.

Big delays and problems in parts of Cardiff,saying that I'm pretty sure CF24 is out of Cardiff DO and only from what I hear things are ok there.
