More work is a good thing. If you don’t have time to do it all though is your managers problem.

"Bring My Label" went live today and already over 800 customers have used the service and will experience the benefit of Royal Mail bringing their label and further improving the parcel collect service on the doorstep. Great result for the business and our customers."

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

It's not exactly a free collection either. From the small print:

"Collection is priced at zero pence from 15 November 2021 until 31 December 2021 (inclusive) for all Parcel Collect bookings of items purchased via parcel.royalmail.com or eBay. The zero pence promotion applies only to the collection price and not the collection item’s postage. It does not apply if purchased through an OBA business account".

Who is responsible for sticking the label on & if several parcels sticking the right label on the right box. What's the maximum they can send?

Had one everyday last week. Was even given a sack full off one guy literally had no where to put as my van was full of bulk. I thought it was limited to five items but the guy told me there wasn’t a limit.

You're lucky you didn't have to bring labels for them all! I'm not looking forward to that day.

I’ve had people try and give me Hermes and Collect plus parcels to only wasted 10 minutes of my time.
