i have to say, they knew well in advance this was coming and should have prepared for pt increase to start from same time as hour reduction for ft.
this is not a pt against ft rant, it just highlights the lack of respect the company has for pt

Same here, I don't know if this is even possible but knowing how rm operate it's probably because no one informed HR that your office had a revision.
