Specials
With the volume we are already seeing leading up to Christmas, can we not revert back to 4pm specials? Surely that would remove a little pressure? Especially when having to break off and do specials towards end of the round only to find out householder is not in. Frustrating

For a DO covering a town or an urban area, all that needs to happen is for the DOM to send a couple of vans out early that only do SDsSelhurst wrote: ↑10 Nov 2021, 07:22With the volume we are already seeing leading up to Christmas, can we not revert back to 4pm specials? Re: Specials
Yeah don't understand this magical time of 1pm why not 2 3 whatever as long as its next day delivery.its more of the value inside than time people pay for.

Re: Specials
But that's two drivers/two vans taken off delivering full rounds just to deliver a handful of specials, I can't understand why RM still offer a service they can no longer manager when there's no great demand, why didn't they just permanently make it 3pm or 4pm instead of reverting back to 1pm.SpacePhoenix wrote: ↑10 Nov 2021, 10:47For a DO covering a town or an urban area, all that needs to happen is for the DOM to send a couple of vans out early that only do SDsSelhurst wrote: ↑10 Nov 2021, 07:22With the volume we are already seeing leading up to Christmas, can we not revert back to 4pm specials? Re: Specials
There have been a lot of PDA failures in our office lately.
Hard to deliver some things by 1300 if you don't get given them til 1300 or later. "Just don't scan" is fast becoming the new "just do the tracked"
