Not had many to collect but it's been noticed that a high percentage of the parcels collected do not have the correct amount of postage paid

If they're going to be going out to most if not every sinlge last DP in the country, then why not have them addressed and made suitable for machine sorting, then they could be machine sorted and sequenced

If they're going to every address this would be absolutely pointless. As D2D it'll go as and when rather than giving every walk a 100% call rate. If they come through as DSA then they'd come under the "Deliver to Spec" in areas where MCs have implemented that. I was chatting to a guy from a different section to my usual, and he told me he goes on a lot of different routes and everyone just pulls their D2Ds out separately and chucks them in a recycling bin.
