Just wondering if anyone knows of any agreements with regards to job shares? Getting abit confused with the answers I'm getting . Any help would be appreciated.

My knowledge is limited but keep in mind the senior man signs for the round and the other guy comes in on the strength of this

Never heard of a job share official agreement although that's not to say it does not exist.
