Here here. Your people are being swamped and bullied. Recruitment is none existant. Simon and his team want us to clear the office! He's even sent us passive aggressive letters. Where are you?

Let's keep this going until we get an answer....

Don’t worry guys on the Facebook video this evening about the brand new super duper better than anyone else’s pension ever created, Webb said they would do another video in a few weeks regarding the clusterfuck that are the revisions. Few weeks time….just after they have all been rammed through and there is nothing to be done to reverse the changes. These individuals at the top of the union are taking the piss out of every one of us.

I'm new to union stuff but why do we have to put up with cwu. Can't we vote for a new union company to represent us? Or are we stuff with CWU?

It's a weird arse one, double head sword, rock and hard place, swinging chain means warm seat etc type of thing.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Yes. Pay your subs...at the very least it's a form of insurance.
