Uniform ordering.. how?

I've followed all the links, used all the login methods with no joy..ie.. Payroll number, password: Delivery. Nothing working.

Is there someone I can email to get my login credentials or to reset the password? I've never logged in before.

BTW.. I am part of parcelforce.

I think if you select 'forgot username or password?' below the password box it'll take you to a number you can call. That's what I did, and the lovely lady was able to reset the password. It'll still be Delivery, but when you get through, you change it to your own.

i can log in for my royal mail uniform but on clicking the new range tab i get this message, i emailed them last week and no reply

"You are ordering New performance wardrobe items
There was an error retrieving the category information. Please contact customer support if the problem persists"

If you look carefully in this document, there's a telephone number. You could try calling that.

Im pretty sure I tried it on Friday but I honestly cannot remember now. I'll try on my lunch on Monday.

Have you tried using Dimensions' online message service, Clifford?

I've used it before and they always get back to me. You'll need to give them a day or two to reply to your email address that you enter in your message.

If you have no luck trying to call them again on Monday, then give the message option a go.

Everyone seems to finish early on fridays apart from us foot soldiers lol.
