I bring back between 20 to 30 parcels a day, I work on if they are not in it goes back, I have also never had any customer complaints
Same way of thinking for me these days, no time to try neighbours/mess about finding a "safe" place to do them a favour.
It's also gone quiet from the Dom lately, no pushing us to try to get rid of trackeds 1st time, presumably it's sunk in that there's no time.
Just realised it's 365 'working' days, so that is way over a calendar year.
