Is she on crack or summit?
I delivered to my time today. Started on time
Took my break and finished on time. Ended up leaving 1hr 40 mins work in the frame. Over 12 years service and on the edge. Trying to just do my job and no extra. Busy tomorrow for me but I’ll just leave another section in.

Sounds like we need a major recruitment drive on new OPGs who can drive and deliver the increased internet shopping workload that began when the Covid pandemic started ~18 months ago and is very unlikely to return to pre-pandemic levels now.

Increasing duty sizes nationally based on pre-pandemic parcel levels is utter incompetence, disillusioning the existing workforce and regulatory failure on a grand scale.

How many of these pen pushers are there making these passive aggressive videos....there is a new one every week. They have no idea what is going on at the coal face. It is beyond embarrassing.

Massively understaffed again in my gaffe. Been moved 3 times already this week, the rota said I was on the same duty all week. All to walks that hadn’t been out in days. One day I was just doing mail on a duty that hadn’t had mail delivered in about 5 days.
4 bundles per loop kind of thing. The joy. The shafting is just never ending.
Imagine going into work everyday and you’ve got about twice as much (and that’s being kind) work that your allocated time allows? And they want it all done. And properly, by the book.
Walking 11-12 miles a day, 6 days a week, then we have Simon Thompson asking me to come back and “clear my office”. It’s off the scale delusional :crazy:
