Hi just need some advise , I had a RTA accident on the in may 2021 and disciplinary proceedings was started 2 days later and I had a fact finding interview. 3 months after that I had another interview and was told it was being handed up with no reasons given, 4 weeks after that I was told the manager who handed the case up had not followed correct procedures and now another manager is taking on the case and I have to have another fact finding interview , basically it’s starting all over again
after 4 months !! Can they just start again like e this ?? Can they treat postman like this ? And do I have any options open to me to help fight my case. hope you guys can help . Many thanks

You could also try Citizens Advice they are free and can guide you in employment matters, though they can't attend any meetings.
