Is there a ready reckoner or calculator for estimating Voluntary Redundancy ?
I am wondering what elements of our weekly pay are considered
On my wageslip there are 4 positive amounts followed by two negatives and at the bottom, of course , the gross pay.
The gross is reduced by 23.07 Partnership and Matching Plan that I opt into
and further by the PSE Adj RMPP (pension plan ?)
should I cancel my Partnership and matching plan to make my gross higher ?
would make a difference of about £2400 if considered for the lump sum

Have you been offered VR? Is there a redundancy situation at your workplace?

Re: Voluntary redundancy and wage slip
There was expected to be one this Autumn but first thing to be resolved was Shorter Working Week
that has not been actioned yet but after enquiring it is likely to be the case that there will be a full
revision of collections before the end of the financial year.
Too close to the end of the calendar year to be implemented.
All prior revisions ( in my time ) have been implemented after new year and before Easter.
