Structural Revisions! Any good?

We've deployed a revision in ********* We deployed with 15 walks on the deck due to covid absences and lack of van sharing. So far it's not going particularly well.

The 4 day weeks are welcomed by staff but deliveries are massive and look unachievable at the moment.

Even the 5 day week duties are monsters.

Anyone else got good or bad stories about deployed structural revisions?

Well I started my annual leave on Monday, left work on Saturday there were...

20 Yorks of packets left over until Monday

At least 8 walks failed already with multiple days mail.

1 York of unsorted IPS mail.

It's going well so far.

its just sounds like a typical agreement btw them , it doesnt work because if you put s**t in you get s**t coming out and royal/fail will want everything in there favour and the crumbling workers union will push all the blame on the office reps when s**t hits the fan . so business as usual , but dont worry if they are uncompletable posties still have a finish time so theres only one loser ,

can i ask what delivery span it is , and did they factor in door knocks , customer collections , box collections , knocking on neighbours etc , thanks

Do not know what is factored in, just give you a delivery span . Most of of them are approx 4 hours 45 minutes duration which is doable albeit at a quiet time of the year with few d2ds. Also the 4 day week was mainly for 30 hour contracts but part timers were giving the opportunity to up their hours if a full time duty was available, which has never happened in the last 10 years.
