Union asking for help.Bloody cheek

Post by wazer »

Our office moral is crap. We come out one of the worst offices on current survey. We started to have group meetings with DOM ,rep to see wot the issues r.As the nor it's the way managers treat you ,how they cant run the place, etc etc.lots going on sick .Today we had a request from the union(not our rep but above him) asking us if we can work our day off next week.!!!!! Last week and this week management has been asking us to work days off with not much intrest. This does really prove who side cwu r on. Just one big joke this company.

Our area union rep doesn't give a sod about his delivery members and will agree to anything management want because he doesn't like confrontation !

weve had about 6 in the office well up to now leave the cwu as there is no support from reps :cuppa , and dims are just doing what they want and not being challenged by reps :no no , so much for the new all singing dancing agreement to change CULTURE as its all gone really quiet from the crumbling workers union and to be honest its got worse :arrrghhh

Funny that, because our office came out as the best in the entire country, with a high morale among all the staff. :thumbup

Maybe because we respect and love our customers as much as they respect and love us. :cool

Our office rep has supported us and stands by wot he says.,from the message sent out it was obvious it was from above him. The survey just highlighted the lack of respect ,communication and knowledge from management...This was from the DOM. Then a week later the CWU r asking us to help them out.Thats all we done for the last 18 months.

The thanks for working through this pandemic is , unworkable revisions recommended by our union . Other half has now came out of union just about there too after all these years . No input from the staff get on with it .
