Major IT "incident" and overtime w/c 7/6

Post by Woody Guthrie »

Unfortunately on Tuesday this week there was a major technological incident across multiple RMG IT systems, including PSP which is the system that includes payroll. Although payroll has been successfully run, meaning you’ll be paid on Friday as usual, the issue meant managers/administrators were not able to input into PSP for much of yesterday. This means there may be pay changes or hours that have not made it into this week’s pay. All corrections can be processed in next week’s pay, but if you have any concerns please contact your manager or hours/pay contact (‘Bookroom’).

Knock-on affect from that major internet outage, if RM uses some of the systems affected?

Does seem like a coincidence doesn't it?
