People App - Forgotten login details

Just wondering if anyone knows who to contact about logging into the people app?

I’ve registered and used before, but since had a new phone and forgotten the details used for user name and password. There doesn’t seem to be any “forgotten your password” option and calling HR directly was very little help…

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It looks like if you log in on the website rather than the app then there's a forgotten password option.

Ah so after closing down my browser and reloading I’ve now managed to reset my password, however when going back to the app it comes up with a message “please check your connection data”…

Is anything ever easy with RM?

But looks like you've got past that stage now.

Try uninstalling the app then re-installing it that might work, and no nothing is easy !

Just like a PDA ,nothing works OK with RM apart from us the workers
