Just developed a bunion on left foot
Any tips or advice?

I bought a bunion protector from boots bit expensive about £25.00 quid but did help.

I used those silicone inserts for a few years they helped by separating your big toe from the next toes, keeping the joint from crossing over. £4 on eBay
