Rotating day off
Just a enquiry quite few posties are doing a rotating day off .as I work in callers offices we can’t have this as we can’t cover your duty the Dom says surely this is discrimination

Were you aware of the duty structure for the Callers Office when you signed for the duty if so then no it's not discrimination as you chose to sign for it. If you have been "Volunteered" onto it then you have cause for complaint. If your lucky enough it is a Monday to Friday then well I'd keep quiet before someone stabs you to get the job
