Problem with the transfer.

Hi guys I have a hope you will help me with my problem. 3 months ago I spoke with my manager about the transfer to another Royal Mail delivery office. He and his manager told me it’s transfer doesn’t work because there are something changes in the rules in Royal Mail. I asked him many times to chcanges email on successfactor and he don’t want to help me. He always tells me I don’t need access there. I found the vacancy in Royal Mail in this place where I want. And he told me now I have to apply for Royal Mail job searching. What should I do in this situation? I should speak with him one more time or go to start away for my union rep?

how far is the other office ? If i was you take a trip down to the other office were the vacancy is and speak to the dom there and ask him you want to Transfer to this office
