Hi all.
New rep here. Not trained yet so still flailing round in the dark a bit. Not even recieving the promised ltb's in the post.
Could anyone point me to any available union sites for resources, document download, ltb's, agreements etc?
This site is great, but I'm unsure as to whether a lot of the stuff on here is current or not? A place to get up to the minute releases and latest info would be a big help

Cheeky! Everything on here is up to date.
We post up all LT'B's sometimes the minute they are released.
And all the agreements, even obscure ones some rep have never heard of.
Need anything, use the search feature or ask.
For peace of mind tho register on the cwu website as per what pj said.

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

And also my apologies. Don't doubt that all is updated on here. Maybe it's more that, after comments have been made, the latest ones may not be at the top of the pile, chronologically ordered and there for easy to track the new releases.
More of a generic forum thing than anything else.

Have to ask though, should I not be getting them sent to me at the D.O as was promised when I was voted in?

From my experiance with 'my' area rep I usually get a job lot of them ( paper versions) here and there and they are so out of date and pointless as I have already read them from my emails/here.
Rule of thumb tho, most LTB's are pointless chaff or is it wheat and not something to look forward to.
Also you may have to contact cwuhq and give them your membership number ect and ASK to go on the related postie list for LTB's.
Concentrate on learning the agreements as best as you can, and dont forget my ROYAL MAIL EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENTS AT A GLANCE page.

Although I'm not a rep, I'm on the mailing list for LTB's from CWU HQ as we don't get anything from our rep, mushrooms
