OT hours done 2 weeks back deducted from this week's Salary

Hi,

I noticed that there are two dedcutions on the payslip for this week.
Weekday OT1 1st 10 Hrs W/C 05/04/21 10 hours AND
Weekday OT2 over 10 hours W/C 05/04/21 4.25 hours totalling to approx £171.00 (14.25 hours)

I was missing the last two bank holiday(2nd and 5th of April) payments which was supposed to be paid on last Friday. The manager had paid those two days as Pressure OT which was not accepted by the system.
So last week they included this 2 BH payments as Option B and i was paid those 2 days this week( The salary slip is available already through the app).

Therefore im very confused about why there are 2 dedcutions to my salary this week. These 14.25 were the OT i did from the 5th april to the 10th April which was paid in the last week salary.

Any insight into this issue? I already sent a message to the HR through the app but i would like to get all of yours feedback as well.

The manager done a mistake when adding the bank holiday option 2.. Somehow OT for that week did not get updated in the system. Got it sorted out after talking with the HR.
