This just to say that I was bolstered greatly by last night's joint presentation by Simon and Terry on Facebook. If ever there was a time for optimism and a feeling that tomorrow can offer us so much...then that was it !
As a Delivery Officer in an understaffed East End office I am fully conversant with the daily struggle on delivery, long hours and current lack of resources. It's often been said we are little more than "donkeys in shirts"... and coming into two days mail after a rest day off... would indeed suggest... this is the case ! ! !
The fact that we are all still working for ROYAL MAIL says so many things. I am proud to be a delivery officer who keeps the country moving... and post below a link to a favourite song.... which could be the soundtrack of of our lives....

It's words.
Words are cheap.
We'll see what happens if they don't get what they need from the revisions.

Think our manager must have missed the Facebook session. Normal face like thunder this morning and full of all the normal tricks.
