Thats what a review is, deciding which way to go.

I can't see that the vaccine will have anything to do with it, unless you have passports.
Can I refuse to work with someone who won't prove they have had the vaccine?
Can I request access to their medical records to satisfy myself?

Wouldn't it be when the various countries open up more, and nothing to do with what the business wants?

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

clash - look at it from a different angle - the vaccine allegedly doesn't stop you getting the virus, it (hopefully)
reduces the effects if you do get it. So if your van share partner doesn't wish to declare whether they've had
the vaccine, your response might be:

'In that case, in order to protect your wellbeing I decline to put you in danger if I am asymptomatic, so I don't
want to perform the van share duty at this time'

It will be nothing to do with vaccination because that's impossible to verify.
It will be when the lawyers decide.
Probably voluntary at first.
June is looking favourite but perhaps earlier if the latest lockdown easing (pubs especially) doesn't result in a significant increase in cases.
The business and union are discussing it and they probably have a vague plan but since it's subject to variables they probably won't release a date until close to....the date.

We will soon find out when all the hire vans disappear and we get given the option of working 1pm-7pm or using your own car and following your partner again.

Unfortunately, Covid will be around for some time with mutations causing havoc.
The Union and Royal Mail needs to enforce a safer working environment and practice.

No Van sharing
Compulsory Mask wearing indoors
Lateral Flow testing

It’s a disgrace that nothing is taken seriously by too many people.
