A colleague has recently changed from full time to working to a 2 day contract,16 hours, Saturday & Sunday.
I have informed my colleague the entitlement for Bank holiday is, pro-rated, 3 days.
My query is; How are these 3 days allocated, or booked, given the Bank holidays are mainly Monday, Good Friday.
