Unpaid Paternity Leave
Just a quickie. In Royal Mails leave it policy it says that everyone (with children) is entitled to 18 weeks unpaid paternity leave per child up until the child turns 18. So with my 2 kids I’d (in theory)be able to take two weeks a year unpaid? Has anyone ever cashed this in or do you have to jump through too many hoops to get it? Do you have to request it or book it in advance or do certain circumstances have to be triggered? Thanks in advance for any advice
