Overtime pay averages when on A/L

Has anyone heard or have any idea on the supposed overtime average pay we are apparently supposed to of been payed for ?
I know people on s.a overtime get an average o/t payment when on annual leave but from hearing this morning apparently all o/t is subject to this and has been law for the last 4 years
Maybe I'm totally wrong here but just kinda feel like we might be getting shafted yet again ...... :arrrghhh

If you look on the "forums" page there is a whole part of the site dedicated to this subject.
If you want to claim your average pay while on annual leave you have to contact ACAS.
The union has initiated an Employment Tribunal case which might get heard this year .......
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.
