Sorting office phone numbers.

Is there a list anywhere of sorting office phone numbers? not the customer service number where you are kept on hold for ages. Trying to help a customer that was scammed, they were given wrong info by customer services, so trying to go direct but can't find a phone number for the office I need to contact. The office I'm trying to contact is Catford if anybody can be of any help.

Not in the public domain as very few offices have enough staff to man the phoneline/correct training to deal with issues.
Thats why the advise is to go to a CSP during opening hours.

I know the phone numbers are not in the public domain, but you'd think that there would be an internal directory somewhere, rather than doing everything via customer services. I can't go to CSP during opening hours as I have to "man" the CSP at the sorting office I work at, plus the office I'm trying to contact is over 60 miles away, but thanks anyway
