Can somebody explain what RRIS area 2 means on the payslip? Does everyone have it. Just transfered to another office and opened my payslip and its not there anymore. Is it something I should have? Thanks in advance for any advice

Recruitment and Retention Incentive Supplement.
It's paid in areas that have had a (very) historical issue with recruiting and retaining staff.
It only applies in certain areas and offices.
Whether your new office qualifies is something I would speak to your local rep about.
I don't think it's transferable.
Only dead fish follow the current
