The agreed upon commercial forecast of just 0.2%

With the on going structural and table top revisions they are saying they predict weighted items for this year to increase by just 0.2%.
I’d have thought most of what we would lose in letters has already largely gone last year, but parcels will continue to grow. Thinking 0.2% is way under, will be at least 3-4%. I really have no idea though.. what do people think?
